This is a 53 year old woman who was unhappy about the appearance of her abdomen and waist after having had several children. She underwent abdominoplasty and liposuction of the hips and flanks. The post-operative photos were taken approximately 3 months after surgery. The abdomen is flat and the waist contour is much improved.
