This is a 23 year old woman who disliked the droopiness and empty look of her breasts after having 2 children. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and 135 lbs. She underwent breast augmentation with 400 cc silicone gel implants that were placed beneath the pectoralis muscle using an incision at the breast fold. She is shown 6 months after surgery.
