This is a 31 year old woman who had recently lost 100 lbs and wished to have fuller breasts. She is 6 feet 0 inches tall and 185 lbs. She had tuberous shaped breasts that were small for her frame. She underwent breast augmentation with 850 cc saline implants placed underneath the pectoralis muscle through an incision at the areolar border. The large implants suit her well because of her height and wide chest. She is shown 8 months after surgery.
