This is a 25 year old patient who was a B cup and wished to be augmented to a full C/small D cup. She is shown 7 months after undergoing breast augmentation with saline implants placed underneath the pectoralis muscle via a periareolar incision. On the left side, 425 cc was placed as it was slightly larger pre-operatively and on the right side, 450 cc was placed.
