This is a patient whose right breast had failed to develop. She had a right breast implant placed and a left breast reduction for symmetry many years ago. She presented with significant breast asymmetry and capsular contracture. She is shown 5 months after exchange of the right breast implant and removal of capsule and left breast lift with augmentation.
