This is a young woman who desired a breast lift but also wanted more fullness and an increase in breast size. She underwent breast augmentation with 250 cc saline implants placed under the muscle and a vertical breast lift (lollipop incision). Her cup size increased from 34 B to 34 C. She is shown approximately 3 months after surgery.
