This is a 63 year old woman who had breast augmentation with breast lift approximately 16 years ago with several subsequent revisions. She was unhappy about the appearance of her breasts and desired correction. She underwent removal of her old silicone gel implants and capsule with replacement of silicone gel implants, bilateral periareolar breast lift and correction of the breast deformity. She is shown 2 months after surgery.
