This is a 58 year old patient who had breast augmentation 16 years ago with silicone gel implants placed in the subglandular position. She presented with bilateral capsular contractures and breast deformity. She underwent revisional surgery and is shown 6 weeks after removal and replacement of silicone gel implants and correction of the breast deformity.
